When i boot up my pc it takes a lot of time to load Windows and it starts with 99% GPU usage

A few weeks ago it used to show some error messages such as "windows could not find SSL.exe make sure...." SSL.exe not loaded correctly" or "AutoIT error" before the 99% usage event happen and sometimes it was possible to avoid it

I have a GTX 650 2gb

Windows 7 ultimate (if that matters)

I dont like to run Firefox at 6fps so i need help ASAP

(English is not my first language so please forgive me)
