amazon. retail copy is windows 8 is like 60 bucks.

I know it says upgrade, but that's the retail version, you can install it fresh no problem.

Either you go on "not so reliable" sites like e-bay and get a cheap copy, or you go on reliable sites and you'll have to pay a lot more.

I would recommend to get one from E-Bay and pay with PayPal. That way its pretty safe and you will definitly find a good deal.
