I thought it would be fun to have a thread with people's predictions of what will happen in the future in the tech world, preferably predictions for the next month of time.

 

Try to keep troll posts to a minimum :)

 

My prediction:

July 15th: "Amazon.com crashing due to attacks and massive traffic, customers unable to check out cart"

intel skylake has minimal performance increase over haswell. Oh wait, it's basically already been proven  :P
