uppgrade cpu & mboard

Hi guys !

 

I would like to get some help about uppgrading my cpu and motherboard, i currentyl got an i5 3450 1155socket, with a msi b75ma-e33 motherboard,

just want to get a new cpu, doesnt matter if its an i5 or i7, i have been looking for a MSI z97 Gaming 5, wondered about starting to stream some CoD and such. i dont know  if i really need this uppgrade but just want to spend some money. just wanted to know what cpu and motherboard you guys  would recomend to me, got a XFX 650w PSU and a asus gtx 760 GPU, thanks for the help ,cheers
