boot problem but computer can be booted

Go to solution Solved by Vampire737,

yesterday i did the magic fix, i unplugged my computer and opened it up (for another reason) to my surprise when i plugged it back and turned it on, it booted up normally without a message. and this morning when i turned it on it worked just fine once again.

i just got my C drive formatted and installed a fresh copy of windows 7,
i started moving and installing some stuff to the C drive, and then i restarted the computer, and after the motherboard screen, this message appeared in dos "bootmgr is missing, press alt+ctrl+dele to reboot"
and no matter how many times i reboot is stays the same, BUT if i press F9 or F10 before the motherboard screen appear, a small window appear which allow me to choose what to boot, i press ESC to choose default settings, and windows boots normally, but every time i turn on the computer this happens.
i read on the internet that it because the C partition is not active, but i checked through windows disk manager (or something like that) and it's active. i would rather not make a disc and boot with it because, A- i don't know how to boot with it nor what to do in it, B- i don't want to cause more damage.
