HDD sound

Ive recently set up my new gaming pc and recycled my old Samsung HD103SJ 1TB 5400RPM HDD. It worked just fine and was kinda quiet , but when I put it into new rig it started making noise like in this video

but not only when copy/paste, but also when opening programs, installing something. Is something wrong with my HDD? Is there any way fixing it? Or its normal for 4 year old HDD to sound like that?
