Window content dont show up

Hey, any ideas what's up with this Window? -_-  I have no idea...
Reinstall already failed.
Other Programs do work.
On my Win10 Desktop it works just fine.

 

Intel Core Duo 1,5 GHz
3GB Ram
Win7 64 Bit
Don't realy know more Specs. :(
