Best FPS headset for $60?

What are the best headsets for positioning and audio quality for around $60 or less? The hyper x headsets are a bit out of my price range. I might get the Siberia v2 as they are only  $50 right now, but are any cheaper sennheiser or audio technicas worth it? Also, does 7.1 make a difference between 5.1?
