hey guys, i have two fans that are attached to the radiator of my corsair h105 and the fans are currently running at 1800 rpm each. The idle temps and loads temps are fine (32 C and 65 C respectively), but i cannot adjust the speed of the fans (to preferably turn the rpm down). I even tried using multiple fan control software and bios control but it doesn't work. Any idea what might be causing this problem?

How are they plugged in? directly to the motherboard, or with a molex connector, or something else?

Woo!

they are plugged into my board directly

Directly to the board is good. Speedfan is a well-respected fan control program. You could also try going into your uefi bios, but some board manufacturers don't support that.

is it possible that my fans are not plugged into the correct headers?

Those stock fans are PWM fans. Your board should have fan headers that uses PWM control, typically 4pin fan header (check manual). You can then set the fan operation you prefer in your MB BIOS.
