Dll file error

I cant launch some games i have because of an error caused by some dll files. I've seen every video on youtube and checked every website about it.. but still cant fix it

Think this is directX, net framework or visual c++. Have you tried to reinstall these?

Then i think a fresh install is in order. Don't i and i mean Don't install any dlls from the internet.

Many hackers and script kiddies put dlls on the net for download that fixes dll errors but that are rootkits.

well my pc stucks at 10% on scan and repair drive (video walkthrough)

I did every solution. they didn't work except http://prntscr.com/7r0ifc that the scan can't complete and http://prntscr.com/7r0ivl that you told me not to do it.

Then copy all your needed data and do a fresh install.
