.PST file, mail stuff

Hello there! :)

couldn't find a sub forum regarding mail clients.

Somebody i'm helping regarding setting up their mail in outlook2013 and the .pst file containing all his mail. I was wondering if it's possible to only import the mail from the last 12months or so from it, because its containing years of mail.
