Hey guys i currently have an amd system with these specs:

-Asus Crosshair V formula-z

-AMD FX-8350

-XFX Radeon R9 290

-16GB Corsair Vegence Pro DDR3 2400mhz

-128 GB Samsung 850 pro

-2 TB WD Black

I want to be able to game in 4k and i kind of regret getting an amd cpu. I just made this in december of 2014 and was wondering how much it would most likely sell for as well as if the build i have planned will work to play at high resolutions (1440p or 4k) and if it will be cost effective.

Do you mean just selling the 8350+mobo or the entire rig?

If just cpu+mobo, you can probably get 150-170 for them

EDIT: I looked closer, didn't realize you had that expensive of a motherboard. Probably 300 for cpu+mobo if you can get someone to buy them

I was thinking of selling the whole rig for 1400

Im gonna be honest here, I very much highly doubt that you will be able to sell it for that price to anyone who knows much about computers.

I'd say around 1000 is a optimistic possibility
