Im looking for a $1000 build that must have the following:

 

- Include 144 Hz monitor

- Run CSGO at least 200 fps

$1000 is way too much for a CS:GO PC. For $500 you could build a PC for 144hz CS:GO (GTX 750 Ti) and an Asus 144hz monitor is $250.

well anything that runs csgo good and maybe some other games such as GTA 5 good.

$1000 is way too much for a CS:GO PC. For $500 you could build a PC for 144hz CS:GO (GTX 750 Ti) and an Asus 144hz monitor is $250.

boom the i5 will play any game and the r9 390 slightly outperforms the 970.  8 gb ram and a hdd to match with a 144hz panel
