Budget Build Planning HELP!?

Ok, so for a long time my buddy has really wanted to get into PC gaming and was looking to get a SUPER cheap budget build going. So far the above is what I have come up with. I'm unfamiliar with AMD myself, so I'm really unsure about the build in general. If you could check it out, there are a couple of concerns i have.

 

The first concern that I run in to is that I don't know much about the AMD side of processors, and to go along with that I'm really unsure about the motherboard. If you guys could take a look and check out the build and give me suggestions as to what i should change I would really appreciate it. I would like to make it cheaper if we can, especially the motherboard, the motherboard that I have chosen is pretty spendy for the budget that he wants.

 

Any and all help would be appreciated. :)

yeah not a bad recommendation.. I did add an SSD to the build, as its gonna need one. and yeah, i think you may be right, a Dual core may be enough, but then again... idk, I would like to have 4 cores, and if i want 4 cores, AMD is gonna be the cheapest way to go is it not?

I changed the build over to an Intel based build, for around the same price, and to be honest, im more happy with this version of the build, due to the fact that I am more comfortable with an Intel build.

 

But again, i really wanna make sure that everything looks good and isnt gonna bite me in the ass later on
