Are there are fan controllers that allow you to turn off the fans at low temps anymore?

Edit: That's actually relatively recent, so not a T-Balancer

Specs: 4790k | Asus Z-97 Pro Wifi | MX100 512GB SSD | NZXT H440 Plastidipped Black | Dark Rock 3 CPU Cooler | MSI 290x Lightning | EVGA 850 G2 | 3x Noctua Industrial NF-F12's

Bought a powermac G5, expect a mod log sometime in 2015

Corsair is overrated, and Anime is ruined by the people who watch it

NZXT GRID+ Allows 0% and 20%-100%

But not fan by fan control, they all run at the same speed.

CAM doesn't allow you to go below 40%

Not to mention i can't even get CAM to work right now...

I have CAM and an NZXT GRID+

I can turn the fans all the way down to 20% or turn them off. Either with a custom fan curve or a manual speed setting.

CAM just blatantly isn't working for me, so i can't tell if they've added that

I take it back, after reinstalling it for the second time i got it to work.

Still can't set my fans below 40%

I've also got a Grid+, and even though it's in an RMA right now, I could set the fan speed anywhere from 0% to 100% with 5% intervals in the brief moment when it did work; there was no 20% bottom threshold.

There was for my fans. Maybe it detects what fans you have.

Double click the tray icon.

It pops up with "Do you want to allow this program to make changes?" and then just never opens

Edit: I still can't find anything that says it supports anything below 40%, anywhere i look, it says 40% minimum
