I recently made out a customized PC with 

Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 290X TRI-X OC 4 GB DDR5 Graphics Card and AMD FX 9590 .. TBH i really don't know how to assemble a PC so appointed one who can but he is telling there are compatibility issues ..Are there supposed to be any ?

I'm not a 100% sure about PCIe 3.0 compatibility, because I don't think any AM3+ boards support it, but I know that card will work in a 2.0 slot without issue. Just make sure you have a beefy power supply. Both of those parts pull down a bit more power.
