Hello everyone, I have a few questions regarding the compatability of my computer build (it's my first time, so please don't be mad if my questions are stupidly... well... stupid...) Here is my build so far http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/tqJqMp

1.) I need a motherboard that is cheap and can work with all of the parts of my current build. Have any suggestions?

2.) Would you say all these parts are good for my first gaming computer? Please feel free to make any changes that you would suggest, I would like to keep it in a price range of about 800-1000 dollars (canadian)

3.) Do I need to have a Wireless Network Adapter? I don't want to buy one if I don't need it

Thanks for your help!

a.) What you have is fine

b.) The GPU sucks but otherwise not bad (See GTX 960)

c.) No,  you'll just need to buy an Ethernet cable that can reach your computer from your modem/router.

Since you're just gaming you don't need so much ram.

1.)  if you want one the same price it is here:  http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97eusb31    But also had USB 3.1

2.)  I'd suggest going for the cheapest i5 and getting a GTX 960 or better.  If you don't care for SLI there are Z97 boards for $50 cheaper and you might just get a 970 or 290X in that budget.

3.) Only you know if you need wireless.  If you don't need it, don't buy it.

A build like this, while overbudget can fit a GTX 970, 8 GB of RAM (sadly but all that's needed atm), and a cheaper i5.

I want atleast 16 Gb of ram as it wasn't enough for me last time, and I would prefer to have a better cpu so I can multi task heavily with ease, so is this cpu good for that?

By the way, yes, I am very cheap

The i5 will be excellent good at multitasking

Another option if you need more threads is the Xeon E3 1231 that is unfortunately going to put you over budget by $20...
