980ti covered or custom?

so the 980ti comes standard with the one built in fan which makes air flow go out the back or you get the ones made by asus and zotac etc which have like 2 or 3 fans on them and i want to know which one is better for overall temps, i wont be OCing it but the custom one can warm the inside of my pc up which i want to keep low lol? any thoughts?

depends on your case. If its small and has limited airflow, the closed desing, if it has no problem with airflow, the aftermarket design
