get a 400w power supply and if you want I highly recommend upgrading ur GFX card

 

 

EDIT: I don't think that CPU is overclockable so a smaller powersupply like 350watt

LGA1150 "boxed" (retail) Xeon, like the one in the OP include a heatsink and fan.
