and its not overclocked at all?

hmmm then its likely a device issue.

I am positive that it's not the Titan (hopefully) so I guess that it's the CPU, PSU, motherboard, or RAM?

i would start with the ram as thats the most likely. I hope you have spares or know people with spares.

Ok I ran a diagnostic for the RAM and it's fine. Now for the PSU.
