Video cutter plus joiner.

Hi there guys can someone tell me good video cutter plus joiner that cuts and join videos without re encoding or converting.

movie maker? it's the most basic. You could also you use Any Video Converter which has a built in simple editor.

 

I wouldn't recommend premiere pro and vegas since they're for more advanced use and users. It's a waste to buy something like premiere pro just to cut videos.

You will need to re-encode the video either way btw. To minimise compression effects, you could set the output to the best quality. I personally use Adobe Media Encoder, but unfortunately that's a part of their pricey Premiere suite. There should be free software available for you to try.

Windows Movie Maker works splendid for simple stuff. You can get it at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-live/movie-maker

 

No matter what software you use, you will always have to render the finished video at the end, though.
