HELP! Making Explainer Video Build

Good day to everyone here, I need your help I have basic understanding of computer specs and still cant figure-out a good build specifically for my work.

 

I use aftereffects for making Animated Explainer Videos and I want to ask whats a good build and high end build that will make my after effects editing not laggy and fast rendering.

not laggy - ssd, processor and the amount of ram

rendering fast either powerful cpu or gpu depending on what you render with.

 

give us general budget and then we can be more accurate.
