Ok so I'm trying to install this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61995/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D61995%26preview%3D&pUp=1 using NMM. I was pretty sure I followed all the steps included in the description, but when I get in the game it hasn't changed. So I was wondering if any one could help. I've installed quite a few other mods but this one is stumping me.

Thanks for the help!

Did you maybe download the version that's in parts? If you did, you need to combine them all together BEFORE you run NMM

No I did the full version.

What do you use to start the game?

When in doubt, you can always make your own version of it and try that:

1. Pick all the options you want and put it in one folder

2. compress it and name it something else

3. load that one instead

I either use Steam or the "launch Skyrim" button in nexus mod manager.

It looks like you're trying to install the ENB?

You need to do that either manually or with the newer version of a tool that came out, I forget what It's called though

If you're trying to download the texture replacement, you have the wrong file, that only ADDS 4k textures in certain areas, you still need the main file i believe.

I think I messed something up... Is there a way to get rid of those black lines?

Yes, you can do it by pressing "f12 + enter" and go under the effects tab or something like that in the left, it's pretty easy to find. Or you can go straight to it's respective ini

Do you mean the ENB effects settings? And if so what would I change?

Yes, it should be under a blue effect tab or something off to the right menu.

I don't know I can't find that. And after doing some research it is called cinematic mode, if that helps.

Nevermind, had a bit of trouble, also I told you the wrong key press "shift + enter" i believe and go under "effect" and adjust "letterbox size %" (something like that) and set it to "0.00"

You can also go under your ini file and do this, it will be in your root folder I think, it might be in a separate folder, it just depends how the author implemented it, just go to the original file through winrar so you can figure out where it is.

The problem is that setting isn't there.

Ok I added some code, and changed a percentage. I also added // this in front of "#define HD6_VIGNETTE" and it seemed to have fixed it. Thanks for the help!
