that looks like micro atx.

Motherboard recommendations: ASRock Z97M Anniversary (Budget) / Gigabyte GA-Z97MX-Gaming 5(All around) / Asus Z97M Plus (All around) / Asus Maximus VII Gene (Beast).

Cpu recommendations: i5 4460 (budget) / i5 4690k (all around) / i7 4790k (beast)

So I'm planning on switching over to an intel CPU and motherboard so that I can use my 20-pin PSU (my current is a 14-pin; yay lenovo. NOT)

I just want some suggestions.

I'll be using it for general use and video game recording; 1080p30fps. Might try to bump it to 60fps at some point.

CURRENT SPECS:
cpu - AMD A-8 7600K Quad Core (OC to 3.8GHz)
motherboard - Lenovo Bantry (Chipset K15 IMC)
ram - 12 GB (3 x 4gb) Micron Tech (800MHz)
gpu - GTX 960
storage - 1TB ssd

I have a total of 6 USB sockets needed for sure.

HOPING to keep it under $400.

This is my current case size: http://www5.pcmag.com/media/images/375776-lenovo-erazer-x315-interior.jpg?width=630
NOTE: Mine has a DIFFERENT graphics card. I'm only showing this picture because I am not sure of my motherboards size (I think it's either ATX or ATX mini)

GIGABYTE Z97MX-G516GB DDR3 | I5 4690k @ 4.4ghz | 1TB SSHD, 500GB HDD, 128GB SSD | GTX 1070 8GB | Corsair Graphite 230 | EVGA 650W | Hyper 212 EVO

Cinebench R15: 636(all cores), 127FPS

Ok now how much do you think I could sell the old parts for (if at all)?

Also, would the fan I currently have for the CPU work on the new one?

EDIT: Durp. Stupid me; comes with a fan.
