Would you RMA this issue?

I don't really know if this belongs in Troubleshooting but here is my problem:

 

I just bought all the parts to my PC and I don't know if I was too exited or what, but after opening the side panel I noticed that the covering on the tube on my H100i GTX started to come off. I am a bit worried about leaking but It looks like its just the covering rather than the actual tubing itself. So do you think I should send it in? this kinda scares me. If I do, I won't have my PC for probably weeks, as I don't have a stock cooler since its LGA 2011-v3.

Electrical tape and no one will even notice.

Possibly. At most i'll just leave it.

Nah, leave it be. The pump will probably die in a few months, only then RMA.

It's just the sleeving. 
I'd pick up a cheap cooler like the 212 Evo and then RMA it if you care about the looks, but it shouldn't affect performance or put you at a risk of leaking.
