CM Storm Trooper

Hello, just wondering if anyone can enlighten me a bit on the Cm Storm-trooper ( https://www.komplett.se/cm-storm-trooper-gaming-big-tower-svart/781841# ) Fan controller set up?

 

My plans are to have 

-1x 140mm fan rear -Exhaust

-2x 120's front with led -Intake

-2x 120's top with led (CPU water cooling block in pull so the led of the fans show thru the fins on top of the case) -Exhaust

 

What i'm unsure of is how many connectors there are for the leds/fans on the built in controller. is there 4 Leds and 5 power cables?(does the pump need one to it to or can it just go to the motherboard?) thinking there might only be 2 led contacts :C and if such is the case, is there any spliters or similar that might work?
