windows reinstallation

I have been caught between a dilemma and a hard place, as the title indicates i want to reinstall windows(7 pro) onto a new pc but i'm not sure how to accomplish that. I have tried investigating shadow copies, buying a new windows key (but that is an unlikely scenario) and a multitude of other solutions. Also an iso image is something i'm considering but i'm not sure of how to use this. If it's possible to know what to do with the iso image or any other kind of process please let me know.
