Do you have a soundcard? If not get an Asus xonar DGX and some sennheiser 558s. With the soundcard you have virtual surround sound, which works very well, I have that soundcard and love it ^^ It even has an amp if you want to use headphones with a higher impedance

Levelcap, who is a youtuber who plays BF3 mostly, did a video where he was looking for (and found) the best headphones to have the best positional audio, and he found that the Audio Technica ATH-AD700's with a sound card. I think he has like an Asus Phoebus or something, but you could get any Asus sounds card which would be great.

I prefer logitech and razer headsets, a bit weird to explain. Those headphones you chose are more like studio headphones. :S But thanks for your help!

 

ATH M50s are awesome for gaming actually in my opinion, I love them. But there might be better JUST for gaming in that price range, but they wouldn't be logitech or razer... lol, not at all.

hd595's are the best headphones I've used for gaming, HD595 are discontinued but the HD558/598 are the improved current version.

 

ad700 is a good option if the sennheisers are too expensive.

 

slap on a mod mic or zalman clip on and your good to go.

Will work for electronic components and parts
