What's up everyone! Before i show off the build, i'll give you a little rundown of the situation.

I've owned an Acer Aspire X3990 for about 4 - 3 years now, and it's utter and complete garbage.

I thought about building an entirely new PC, but why would i, when i have some decent parts in the one i have.

So i thought to upgrade it.

Problem is, my case is extremely small, so what i'll do is i'll upgrade my entire computer.

Which brings me to where i am right now.

So basically, what i'm taking out of the computer i have is :

a motherboard (some ATX motherboard, not sure about the specifications)

RAM (8GB DDR3 generic, not sure about the brand, running at 1300)

and the CPU (an intel core i7 2600).

What i'm adding to build the new computer is:

Fractal design core 1500 tower

Cooler master TX3 EVO cpu fan

HyperX Savage 240GB SSD

Asus pce-ac68 dual-band AC1900 wi-fi antenna

Samsung external DVD player

MSI Geforce GTX 960 4gb gaming graphics card

Fractal design integra 650W powersupply

Thoughts about the parts?

I was wondering aswell if its worth taking out the motherboard+cpu from the computer i have, or if it's worth buying new motherboard/cpu. The i7 2600 is a 1155 socket, which means it's usually noncompatible with most of the regular motherboards that run a 1150 socket.

Thoughts? Budget is around 680$.

P.S. I'm swedish, so prices may vary here.
