I just have a quick question. Is fraps good? I mean, is the video and audio recording good? I just need to know. Thanks in advance for your help.

Fraps actually lowers frame rates in some situations but other then that Fraps is just fine

Or you could go the simple route and use nvidia shadowplay or amd GVR (depending on your GPU )

I consider something free such as Action better than Fraps just because of limited features and options with Fraps not to mention huge file sizes which happen with Dxtory but more can be done with Dxtory besides torrents etc.
