Does CCleaner impact on gaming performance if not running?

How could it.. Its not running.

/Simply put, how did you think it would?

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Well, if it deletes files and registry entries needed for the game; yes...

CCleaner doesnt affect anything on or off.

All it does it cleans trash registry and system/browser/windows update files.

Ive been using it for over 2 years now, it never broke my windows or a single game, or affect performance in any way.
