Nice build whats the 7790 performance like

I like it, it seems pretty cool and quiet and this morning i tried Microsoft Flight Sim X with all the orbx northwest pacific add on scenery packs and set to high settings and it was amazing.

also tried Nascar 2013 and the frame rates are just like real life. other games like Tomb Raider etc i am about to test but from the difference so far its way way better than my old GTS 450's

plus its all about performance vs price, these are good all round mid range graphics cards, and hence i got 2 of them as i like running crossfire or sli, and its what i could afford.

got them from Newegg and i am very pleased with them, also they are energy saving and a nice small compact size, smaller than my old ones but amazing results.

If you want a good all round gpu for less than $200 and with 2 gig or ram there worth looking into. the 7790 is better than the cheaper 7770.

so yeah a good question you asked and yes i like it. first time i am using AMD Radeon for maybe 5+ years as i always used to have Nvidia but fancy giving AMD ATi another go.

i already made a video but not posted it yet as i just got the cards yesterday and just got in from a 12 hour work day.

Dat steering wheel :D

Anyways, nice build, though I'm not feeling the blue/red colour scheme.

Yes the wheel is pretty good, however not as god as the clubsport from Fanatec, but it costs a lot of money.

i wanted to be different and not go for a black case as have had black cases since there changed from beige many years ago, i also like gun metal grey or green. the case was a good deal on sale so as i have a blue Asus m/board and Kingston memory the case goes with that, yes i could change the lighting in the future if i want, just gone for the blue as cold intake areas and red as hot components and exhaust fans colours.

thanks for your nice reply.

Yeah if you made everything red into white it would look epic. The case colour is a bit off too. Other than that its epic

yes it did cross my mind about getting a red case as i didn't want another boring black one, if i had a ROG m/board it would have been a good idea. the red is to represent hot areas / exhaust fans etc. and blue fans on the front is intake to show cool air flow.

Ah, that makes it better then.
