I have a Gigabyte Z97-X Gaming 5 mobo(see sig for full specs). I configured my boot mode to Ultra Fast and now my system just boots really fast, no matter how fast I mash my delete button, I still can't get inside my BIOS. What's the work around for this? :(

Maybe theres a way to boot into bios from a setting on the PC?

Otherwise if you have to, clear your CMOS (easiest way is to reseat the mobo battery) and then itll reset the bios basically.

Unplug your boot device (once the computer is turned off) so it doesn't boot into Windows. Also, do you start tapping the delete buddon as soon as you hit the reset button? If not, do so.

i7 4790K || R9 290X + R9 290 || 16GB G.Skill TridentX 1866 || Gigabyte Z97MX Gaming 5 || Crucial MX100 256GB || WD Caviar Blue 1TB

Unplug your HDD and try again.

or when using Windows 8 boot the computer press and hold shift and click reboot and keep holding shift a screen will pop up with boot options and you can select BIOS/UEFI settings.

Yes I do start tapping my delete button after I press restart. I even tried to change the polling rate of my keyboard(dont know if it helps) but no results still.

This being your best bet without fiddling inside your machine...OR,..., Remove HDD or Remove Cmos battery.

Three options.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
