What gpu to get?

I get paid friday and need a gpu.

Im in SoCal.

 

Im stuck between 3.

Not looking to spend over 200$

If you guys think theres a better gpu for under 200 lmk

but im really interested in the 3rd one what do you guys think?

I would get the 960 because it's not used and has great performance per watt and per dollar.
