Only the Samsung is out right now, not sure if the LG warrants waiting. Any one have any experience with either of these brands or any experience with the 28E?

I like both brands (from a TV ownership perspective) but Samsung are better at aesthetics. However I really feel like the world should punish Samsung for their mind crushingly stupid decision to not include VESA mounts on a lot of their newer monitors.

Ok guys, now that I have had the LU28E590D in my hands for a few days I have a couple of questions about some things I observed.

1. With FreeSync off the Panel shows 10 BPC in CCC but with FreeSync on it drops to 8 BPC. What is the reason it does this? Is it the panel or a limitation of FreeSync?

2 Another thing I noticed with FreeSync Disabled it reads 75hz but with FreeSync enabled it reads 64hz. Just curious as this monitor only List 60hz, is the panel 60hz and there is a software error or is it actually a 75hz panel?
