Hi I am in need of some help on my next build. I would like to build a PC with a smaller case footprint then atx. Looking to build around a gtx 970 and a quad core CPU that will take full advantage in intensive gaming at 1080p. I am located in Canada. I would like to see what my options are build wise not looking to break the bank. Must haves in the cost of the build are a sub 150$ 1080p monitor and operating system I have mouse keyboard and headset. Also would like a smaller ssd with maybe 1tb hdd.

Thanks for the help
