Logitech g502 question

Go to solution Solved by iPhoenix,

Just tried to download the Logitech software and it says it's not compatible with my OS there's only windows 7 or 8 no option for 8.1 ?

The driver is universal - just make sure you pick 64 bit if you are on that type of operating system.

I'm new to PC gaming so don't know how to work some things like dpi settings on my mouse, how do I see what my settings are and change them ?

Also I've been playing cs go and use a blue snowball mic but when I talk no one can hear me, does anyone know what's wrongs it's plugged in fine and tests show it working perfect ?

You have to download the Logitech software in order to set custom dpi settings.

I am using windows 8.1 and i can use the software with my G502. I think that you need to choose between 32 and 64 bit, you may have chosen the wrong one.
