Best small gpu

I currently have a really small case because it is an OEM HP pc (I know)... The GPU is really weak, it is an GT520.

The maximum size is about 200mm.

I do use CUDA because I have adobe CS6 on my pc and i'm not going to trow it away lol.

To make it clear:

-Max size 200mm

-CUDA (so NVIDIA is preferred, unless you know a good way to render in Premiere CS6 on AMD)

-Would be nice to have almost no power consumtion (max 100w or something)

Or should I wait till the next generation get's released which is probably more power efficiënt and smaller

Also a 670 will draw more power and chances are that the power supply will not be able to handle it.

I will look into the 660ti amp, but not sure if it is available here. Atleast I didn't saw it in the common computerstores in the netherlands

You might have to order it online somewhere. I know that Zotac is more common in Asia and parts of Europe.
