Why is the Computer shutting down without reason?

Also as I previously mentioned in another post, that my PSU has some coil noise when the fan is on.

When does it occur?

PSU shutdowns are generally pretty sudden, and the system should not be able to detect it.

Also if it is because of the PSU, then it will likely only happen when the system is under load, so when playing games, or doing something that taxes both the cpu and gpu

Cpu: Ryzen 2700 @ 4.0Ghz | Motherboard: Hero VI x370 | Gpu: EVGA RTX 2080 | Cooler: Custom Water loop | Ram: 16GB Trident Z 3000MHz

PSU: RM650x + Braided cables | Case:  painted Corsair c70 | Monitor: MSI 1440p 144hz VA | Drives: 500GB 850 Evo (OS)

Laptop: 2014 Razer blade 14" Desktop: http://imgur.com/AQZh2sj , http://imgur.com/ukAXerd

It happened when the computer was idle. It was a standard shutdown.
