Hi. in a few months I'm going to make a extreme build. but I can't decide how many GPU's I'm going to get. can I'm stuck on wich socket 2011 processor I want. I'm going to have fully water cooled. need help geting parts for that aswell. the rest of the build is as follows.

Motherboard: ASUS rampage IV extreme E-ATX

RAM: corsair dominator platinum 2133 MHz 64GB

SSD: 2 Samsung 820 pro 256 GB

PSU: corsair AX1200I

case: CM cosmos II or I'm going to wait for the corsair 900D.

allso if I have PCI-e slots left a 7.1 sound card and a wirless network adapter. any recomandations would be apriciated.

I have a 7K dollar budget.

sorry for the bad english :D

PS: if I have some parts missing give me a heads up with what you recomend.

What is this actually for? I can not think of a practical every day consumer application that will ever consume 64GB of RAM.

yes I forgot to say what it was for. its what can I say. I can't get the drivers license and a car. I love computers. so its just cause I can actualy. it is manly for gaming on 3 monitors with high fps. and some recording of gamplay. I'm going to use some of the ram as a RAMDisk.

If it's soley for gaming save yourself some money. Seeing as you want to go top end, a 3770K, A ROG board or P8Z77 Asus board, a 4GB 670 or 680 - they'll handle 3 screen gaming and be able to deliver atleast 60fps constantly across the screens. 64GB of Corsair Vengeance 1600 seeing as you want to make a RAM disk. The reason why I say Vengeance 1600 is that you will see no performance benefit with 2133 or Dominator Platinum and the Vengeance is still very good RAM. A Corsair 760i or 860i seeing as you want over the top will sort your power out and a case is up to you.

You won't take advantage of the extra two cores for gaming so personally I wouldn't but it's better than your original idea :P

Well if your gaming at high res over 3 monitors 7970 or 7950 and eyefinity are the way to go Nvidia cards just dont have the same performance over multiple monitors or higher resolution and from what ive seen suffer badly when you turn up the AA and even with the 4GB (IIRC the memory bus is horrible so thats no good anyway) the Radeon cards will overclock a lot better so overall you will be better off
