you can not dissipate the heat efficiently from the die area with a blower or open air type fan+fin solution. Because the card would be LOUD. VERY VERY LOUD. Instead, once you stick the whining pump into a case, it is QUIET.

I don't think the Fury will have Cooler designs sized to the pcb, most likely they will overhang quite some bit. The short pcb also leaves a lot of space for the heatsink fins & heatpipes.

As for the nano, expect some serious cutbacks and lower clocks, that's how they'll be able to cool it in such a small form factor, but it will be a good replacement for the 290X/390X.
