Need help understanding this

I'm about to dual boot Windows 8.1 pro with Windows 10 preview. My question is, does windows 10 make multiple partitions when successfully installed? Because When I want to uninstall windows 10 from my dual boot and it has multiple partitions that belong to windows 10. I dont want to accidentally delete any windows 8.1 pro partitions and ruin my windows 8.1 os.

Mine only made one, but why are you getting the tp? Release version drops in a couple weeks and it's free for Windows 7,8, and 10 tp users.

1. because I am very curious about a few things.

2. I wanted to try dual boot for my first time.
