Okay so this is my first topic.I just wanted someone to help me about my graphics card.I am experiencing some problems with my Geforce Gt 640m.I have seen people overclocking the core clock from 624MHz to 759(it cant go over +135) and the memory clock from 900MHz to 1100MHz and playing Battlefield 4 at medium settings(1366x768 resolution) and getting over 60 fps[LaptopGameBenchmark has a video about this on Youtube].He also mentioned that his graphics card reached about 83 degrees celcius, while mine reaches about 65.Because I am using MSI Afterburner as an overclocking tool,I went ahead and checked that my max core and memory clock was 405MHz(even after gaming)no matter how far I overclocked it.My product could be faulty, but if there is anything that I can do to let my gpu reach its full pontetial, please let me know(change some settings on MSI Afterburner, change my overclocking programm or something).Oh and by the way,I should let everyone know that I recently refreshed my windows,so I dont think there could be a bottleneck there.Thank your for reading.Any help will be appriciatied.

Does restarting not fix it? as my card gets stuck at that exact frequency after a driver crash, but a restart normally fixes it.

If all else fails, try a clean reinstall of the graphics drivers

Restarting doesn't change anything.I have deleted my drivers and refreshed my windows just to be sure that everything is completely deleted but that didnt change anything.I changed my settings from MSI Afterburner to +0 MHz on both core clock and memory clock. The memory does run at 900MHz(stock confing)but the core clock still stays at 405 MHz.I'd really want to get a used gpu from e-bay,but my graphics card connects to the motherboard with somethings that seems like 4-pin or a mini-molex.I searched and there isnt anything more powerfull that I can purchase(apart from the 900m series which are still expensive)that can connect to my motherboard.
