random crashes and lockups

i have been pulling out my hair with this on  lets get started i have an 

MSI H81I Mini-ITX

Ati hd 7770

32 g memory 

120g ssd 

1 tb storage drive

I5-4460

 

this build will randomly crash when sitting at idle on youtube or in the middle of games all at stock settings   but latley its been freezing or resetting 2-3 times a day 

have all ready tried removing video card changing memory diffrent hdd and reinstalled os 3 times 

only thing in cant do is try different processor or mobo as i dont have any thing that takes the 1155 socket 

any suggestions as to what to try next would be greatly appreciated

You'll have a log.  Event viewer knows all.
