no, you won't be able to Post with a Haswell Refresh unless you update the BIOS which requires a CPU that can Post with a B85 chipset. Might as well get an H97 board

How can i update BIOS if my computer won't even start ? :o

You would need a Haswell CPU, not a Haswell Refresh but the 4440 is a Haswell CPU and wouldn't need the bios to be updateded on a b85 motherboard, it's litteraly the same as the 4460 but with a bit faster clock speed, nothing notceable.
