1500$ USD build

Hello forum. I'm not new to PC building or specing but I am new to building "expensive" ones and i need some help. I have 1500$ to spend on the tower and I need just 1tb harddrive and 500gb ssd. I am going for Raw gaming horsepower. And i'm not sure if ddr4 is worth it yet since its so new. and I am going for a red/black color scheme. any input is welcome! Thank you!
