Push pull in Define S?

I'm a bit retarded when it comes to airflow so I want to know what's good for my setup

 

So ill be using a h100 or a 360 rad at the front of my case and ill have the top 3 vents closed off, and theres so much room at the front of the define S I think there could be one of those push pull configs how would that go down? I could fit like another 5 fans in the space there so could I put a extra 2 fans for push pull?
