TUL R9 390 bios flash to R9 390x?

Is it possible to flash TUL r9 390 to 390x? Like the old r9 290 from TUL? 

New Desktop Project (currently work in process)

CPU: Intel Xeon E7-4890V2 @ 3,4GHz (1 of 4)

Mainboard: Supermicro X10QBI

Memory: 32GB DDR3 Reg.  

GPU: AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 (2 of 4)

PSU: Corsair HX1200i

No, R9 390X has more cores

Since it worked with the r9 290 (only TUL) it probably works with the r9 390 - got dual bios so its unlikely to break

yes, but only if its form TUL - that would be Powercolor; 3d Club; VTX3D; Colorful

A little old thread but.. for some that might wonder if it works. No. I had a MSI that was acking up so I tried powercolor 390 and nothing changed. I tried MSI 390X .. would not boot show anything. Since I had NV card I put both in and reflashed back to MSI 390 and was wroking again. So for ME 390X on a 390.. no go
