Connector pin out

Go to solution Solved by Zeke,

It's a Dell proprietary connector what i would like to solder and get to work with a stock cooler.

tadaaaa

Seems like GND and 12V are just swapped, which is a pretty douchy move from Dell if you ask me.

Hi i would like to know what wire is what on this pic: 522cf058e0776a3e389603df22c2afd6.png

The way i think it would be: Black=ground, Red=12V, Blue=PWM, Yellow i don't know. This is a fan connector.

Is that a standard 4-pin you got there? Doesn't look like that to me.
