It was HDD. Never thought broken HDD could do that :)

Hello,
Some old PC with crappy PSU is stuck on permanent boot loop. "Screen to press F2 to enter bios>black scree>repeat". If you try to enter bios it freezes.
I'm pretty sure that MB is done for good. I don't have right socket one to make sure if it's 100% true. So I made sure that RAM and PSU is not a problem.
Maybe you guys had similar problem?

Laptop: Acer V3-772G  CPU: i5 4200M GPU: GT 750M SSD: Crucial MX100 256GB
Desktop: CPU: R7 1700x GPU: RTX 2080 SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 1TB
